If you want pens also you have to download these separately. There is a reference in the seen which should automatically pick them up when imported.

The live current upload uses bakery as the lightmapping but the bought version uses unity lighting. Works just as well! If you want to use bakery
I have left the scripts on the lights themselves to save you setting it up.
